Some ascents don't appear in the stream on "higher" levels

What happened?

See this event: https://www.thecrag.com/event/3401163156 User "vladnko" logged some ascents in Poland, in the top-level crag "Jura". These events are visible in the stream for route: https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/poland/route/3141919338 individual cliff: https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/poland/area/3141910857 larger areas: https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/poland/area/3141906849

However they stop being displayed for "really large" areas. You won't find this event here: https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/poland/area/1443037971 Neither here: https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/poland/area/1443033972 Nor here: https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/poland

In the last level - the country - you see a different event from this user (https://www.thecrag.com/event/3401176191), which is for a different top-level crag in Poland (Sokoliki), but no event for "Jura".

This happened several times already, I think this may have to do something with one user mass-adding many ascents at once (possibly via CSV importer), but I'm not certain, as these are just my own observations. If you need some more links, I may try to find them.

What you expected:

• [ ] Events should be visible from the lowest (route) to the highest (World) level (at least that's my assumption [; )

Hum, Not sure what's happening. I looked a bit to guess if there's some logic aplied, but couldn't see one from events visible on world:

• it doesn't seem to me that the stream events get logically filtered based on content (difficulty or other).
• It may be that events are only "rolled-up" a fixed quantity of level higher than the TLC in the index ? But looking at a few random events in World, i find some from "deeper" index level as well.
• It could be that only a fixed amount of events per time period are displayed ? no idea

Note that in the case of linked event, it doesn't even reach TLC - it is not visible one level below TLC.

This would be good for "World", however if someone wants to see all ascents from an area it makes a problem. In this particular case the user logged ascents from several TLC in short period of time. If I'm following only TLC "A", but the system decides that only the ascents from TLC "B" get displayed in appropriate stream and events from TLC "A" are suppressed, then from my perspective "nothing is happening". That's the case here. The linked event is not visible at one level below TLC, at the level of TLC, and at the level of country you see a different event from this user.
