+1 as many topos have "higher density" of routes & hooks at the top because many photos are taken from the rock's bottom; example from https://www.thecrag.com/en/climbing/germany/schwarzwald/area/251617752#n1805574927
Allowing to hide or move them would help.
Adding some search terms as I had difficulties to find this issue: button, buttons, text, texts, label, labels, hide, edit, legend, on top of photo topo, hinding, covering, making invisible
What happened? Topo legend icons are always displayed on topo images when browsing via mobile devices. There can be situations where the icons are hiding topo information.
On desktop browsers, this is solved by only showing the legend icons on mouseover.
For mobile, this could probably be solved by showing the icons on click on the topo image, and hiding them again with another click.
For me, the issue occurred on Android, Chrome browser
