Recurring temporary crag closures #3889

What happened? In Spain there exist annually recurring crag closures with fixed dates - usually due to bird nesting. This can at the moment be reflected in the following ways (to my knowledge) - with drawbacks listed below.

a) Add a text description under section "Restrictions"

b) Manually create and resolve warning messages on a yearly basis.

c) Create a warning message - leave it all year round

For users it would be quite valuable to see in one glance - on the crag list - all the currently closed crags.

In https://github.com/theCrag/website/issues/1247 the following is suggested as a solution:

This is covered by the following functionality and processes: Warning system to display the closures Automated (opr if small manual) updates from advocacy groups that take the responsibility to "own the data an dates"

That is not a solution for this ticket because it makes two assumptions that are not true:

  1. There exist advocacy groups (with an interest in the respective area)
  2. They take ownership of data and dates and update them on theCrag.

Example url(s) to reproduce the problem: List of crag closures for the Comunidad Valenciana https://www.valenciaclimb.com/regulations/

Regulations Spain https://montanaregulada.org/

Ideally also provide screenshots: Warnings shown in crag list image

It might make sense to have a new tag/label "temporary closure" to show in the crag list, to distinguish from permanently closed areas.

This is also useful for Belgium and Germany, and I think the whole of the EU because of projects like Natura2000.

for the record, temporary closures are also discussed in https://github.com/theCrag/website/issues/3665

+1 for "temporary closure" feature

At the moment I use "c) Create a warning message - leave it all year round" and also see the disadvantage of warnings being temporarily untrue and desensitizing users for warning messages.

I've just noticed that the section "Restrictions" is not available for node types "Cliff" and "Sector". This makes option A even less usable (I updated my initial post)
