activity stream does show only upload of some photos #4072

Activitly stream of https://www.thecrag.com/climbing/switzerland/avegno-torbeccio/area/318282954 shows upload of photos grafik

but does not show upload of https://www.thecrag.com/photo/3479670915

Maybe a side effect of https://github.com/theCrag/website/issues/3883 in the sense too much was hidden/removed from activity stream?

Is there a more recent example of photo not showing. A lot has happened in 2 years and I don't want to take time triaging until we have some more examples, in particular I want to know if this is just historic or it is happening more recently.
