Tick Type clean has wrong color in Grade Pyramid #4076

The tick type "clean" grafik is represented by the "other" category colored grey on the grade pyramids. The tick type "tick" is blue. They should both be blue.

The tick type "Clean" will be retired with the new ticking interface, Clean ascents will most likely become "redpoints" once we tackle a history clean up after that so this will not be fixed.

Please dont retire the tick type.

When climbing multi pitch routes with alternating leads you don't consider the ascent "redpoint". You tick the individal pitchtes onsight/rp/follow/dog/whatever and the route as a whole "tick" or "clean". If I grabbed a draw or chain somewhere or fell following it's "tick", if I climbed everything free its "clean". Perfect how it is right now and what tick and clean are most commonly used.

Also not the case with alpine routes and their ever growing number. You don't redpoint a mountain or via ferrata. See here for example: https://www.thecrag.com/de/klettern/austria/grossglockner/ascents thecrag can not be considered a sport climbing/bouldering centric platform anymore, it's a place where people collect their rock, alpine and mountain endeavours. Please take this into consideration.

Thanks for the feedback - I wasn't precise enough I guess, certain gear styles will still be allowed to use Clean but we won't allow it for Sport, Boulder and Trad as there are more specific ascent types (also for seconding in the multi-pitch setting you mention). That being said, we will consider any feedback we receive on the testing of the cleaned up tick types in the new ticking interface...
