Climbed with search engine not robust against accents

When trying to look for a friend with accents in his name, it doesn't find it if you don't type the accents:

This might be a pretty tough one to get around as it is better this solution come from database capabilities rather then specific coding.

From our point of view the search must use an index to be performant, so we need an index which matches the accent.
