Observe that in the ascents, there is one quality feedback 'megaclassic' and one feedback 'crap'. The quality chart though shows only 'megaclassic' which skews the perception of the route.
For testing, I logged a regular redpoint as 'crap' and my quality feedback did show up on the graph. So, maybe it's related to the actual tick type used.

The route quality graph does not consider the quality ratings from all users/ascents.
