2 weeks ago I've just noticed that these routes just until recently did have descriptions (which maybe helps a developer in understanding why they show up in the results - but it still looks wrong to the user):

In any case, the results should also not contain duplicates.
When searching for routes with description, the results do also show routes without description. The routes without description are even returned as duplicates. (see screenshot)
