Recolor next new comment button #45

The Next new Comment button could be differently colored to differentiate it from the Back to Top button.

If you're just skipping through different new comments in a larger thread you can easily lose your position because you didn't notice that there were no new comments and that the button changed to "scroll to top".

Describe the solution you'd like

Color it in the reddish tone the lines next to new comments have, so it's obvious when it changes function.

I think it's best to leave it as the regular color, so it doesn't clash with any of the current and potentially new color schemes. It already becomes much smaller when it turns from Next new comment into Back to top which in my experience has been a good visual cue.
