WIP: Update kraken lightning support

Hi, I prepared a PR for the new Lightning support by kraken.com

There are several blogs posts but nothing official yet:

I also could confirm that Lightning support is indeed available. I could deposit some sats using LN. However, withdrawal didn't seem to work yet. Will check in the next days again. Will update this PR if there is an official blog post

Which wallet do you use? I have problems witdrawing sats from Okcoin to walletofsatoshi. But I guess walletofsatoshi has no inbound liquidity!! A Withdrawal to my lightning wallet connected to my umbrel node works.
