Add a 'poop' exchange #67

The 'poop' emoticon mentioned in the Legend wasn't actually being used by any row of the table. This fixes it. Verse is a bitcoin exchange that is part of the 'bitcoin.com' conglomerate, which is an industry attack on bitcoin because they are infringing bitcoin trademarks by purporting BCash as the real bitcoin. Therefore, one can easily assume that they won't ever support Lightning (BCash supporters are always bashing Lightning, spreading lies about it, such as saying that it's a custodial technology, or just IOUs, etc). For the record, BCash doesn't support LN (it can't, as it doesn't have SegWit, therefore it is prone to transaction malleability).

Sir, this is a Lightning Exchanges list. I see absolutely no reason to clutter it up with 💩 like this.

That's a fair point. In that case you might want to update this alternative PR: https://github.com/theDavidCoen/LightningExchanges/pull/68 . And the maintainer will decide.

I'm sorry but this PR is based on speculations. The list wants to be an agnostic, based on facts and reporting official links. If bitcoin.com will come out with an official announcement that explains that they will not support Lightning because reasons, then they will receive their well deserved poop emoticon. If they comes out with a different position on LN, they will receive the correct emoticon. Until then they will not be added.

This also apply to other exchanges powered by shitcoins.
