Automate online documentation update #57

The documentation at https://thefork.github.io/uMIDI has to be updated manually. Set up Jenkins to do this every time the master gets updated.

I think as long as the community consists of the two of us, this is not necessary.. ;-)

Ok. As long we have funnier and more important stuff to do we will postpone this.
