(modpath)/modutil/portable.lua: No such File or directory #10

This mod reqired (modpath)/modutil/portable.lua, but there have no modutil directory!

Why The modutil is in another repository!? :(

Sorry that I haven't added that known problem to the readme yet. However it is similar to https://github.com/theFox6/factory#missing-modutil
