[Epic] Option to listen to microphone for voice-input of prompt #15

Option to use Whisper API or similar AI to convert voice-to-text as prompting method.

Functionality

Mic button to start listening to voice prompt input.
Option to turn mic input automatically when the UX is invoked (with CTRL+Space) and listen to prompt. If the voice prompt matches one of the button labels, the user actually triggers that template rather than a custom one.

As cool and sci-fi as this would initially seem, it isn't good UX to keep wanting to scream "proofread" into my computer every couple minutes haha — but maybe this is just me.

I think this may not be best suited for Writing Tools and may be out of the scope, but I'll leave this open for a bit to hear other opinions.
