Note that IE 11 is actually supported due to proxy polyfill.

Remove no-longer true statements from README lede. Coverage is not far off 100% though.

Add istanbul config to ignore non-library files as part of coverage.

Correct people field short form for author.

Move dependencies field and remove self-reference.

Fix a few spelling errors.
