The Trap component is not a component, but effectively a hook. Converting it into such will make things simpler.

More of it - "react-clientside-effect" used to track active lock is technically a "non-react" code, creating an opportunity to make the whole "trap" section a plan function operating outside of the react world.

• allows simpler tapping into "legacy" solutions, for example one can create a virtual Lock for the whole Body to effectively "disable" nested focus-lock and delegate control to another solution
