Need to implement user ratings

Ways to implement can be(but not limited to):
- Option 1: 4.5/5.0
- Option 2: 4.5/5.0 displayed using stars
- Option 3: Display count of Positive Feedbacks, Negative Feedbacks, and Neutral Feedbacks.
- Option 3 can be implemented by having a dropdown in the Review user form where the reviewer can select if the review is positive, negative, or neutral.

During user review, the user should be required to provide a 1-to-5 score. The user rating will be an average of those scores.
