In the Edit Game dialog at DOSBox Settings | Midi Config the Fluidsynth Settings are not correctly visible.

When changing the Midi Device (mt32, fluidsynth), which affects the visibility, all controls appear normal again.

Fixed in upcoming v1.1.1 Bugfix release
