Initial translation into Czech language #340

Attached the first version of strings.xml file for Czech (cs) language.
Translated current GIT version (v0.7.0dev from 5th of March 2013)

The "status_exp" text is a bit longer and requires additional change in 
res/layout/rangebar.zml where the width of the first TextView needs to be 
extended to 40sp otherwise the text will be wrapped.
