What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open new game
2.Press Menu
3.Press Help
4.Game timer continues to count in background

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My expected output would be for the game to pause.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
702. 6.0

Not really a bug, because you can see the board therefore it would be open to 
exploitation by pressing help and figuring out the solution. Those who need 
help with the game can easily restart the game should they need too.
