feature request: use line 4 of sign to indicate marker set #12

It would be good to be able to segregate markers created into multiple sets (houses, dungeons, etc.) based on the sign contents.

I'm not using the 4th line of the sign for anything right now, so that sounds like a good place for it to be. It should be easy enough to implement too :D

I've got most of the work done on this! It was a bit more complicated than I thought but I only need to do some cleanup now :D 2021-06-28_04 11 46 MOV-2021-06-28__7434
