API and UI need for sorting transaction files from bank.

[x] sort single transaction file using description map serialized to yaml file
[ ] auto-generate description map based on pre-existing account entry files. (optional)
[ ] add a menu for handling optional duplicate entries.

As of 345ab0724d6ea6eec73a2d2192e44a83df899008 the sorting kinda works. However, for a list of key phrases each phrase must match entirely to count towards categorizing the entry. Currently this isn't the case.
