Titles in pages and posts #630

Hi I'm new to Hugo and have managed to find my way around most of the basic usage of this theme.

I am stuck trying to figure out how to turn off the titles under the featured image using the #omit_header_text: true option.

I have turned on the page title and descriptions over the page splash image as below:

[ ] [ Page or Post title ] [ description of page ] [ ]

<PAGE TITLE (AGAIN)>

But I cannot figure out how to turn off the second lower copy of the page title. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

for example, I would like to turn off the second 'New Website' header line

I managed to figure out where to modify the template
