add custom_css parameter #98

There doesn't seem to be a way to put additional css files in. This was done here: https://github.com/parsiya/Hugo-Octopress/commit/8268015c926f10e881701426b6dd81b1140f5730 and the same could be added to layouts/_default/baseof.html

Fixed in #101
