Proposed change

I need to integrate the functionality of the warning feature. This means implementing the functionality of the Twitch API

Why is this important

This is what is going to make the actual warning feature work

Additional context

HERE is the documentation for the Warn API

So I first need to add the documentation
Then I want to allow the user to type out the reason for the warning
Then I want the warn dialog to show the clicked user' display name
