Click on indiv user and open side item. UI #98

Proposed change

In the chat, I want to be able to click on the indiv text and a side panel opens up

Why is this important

This is the UI for the moderation to get channel info for the indiv chatter

Additional context

no endpoint for chat history
Get the info about indiv user
