If there's a bug to report with the QRL wallet, please include more details of your setup (OS, Ledger device, firmware version) but we have found most issues are related to the USB issues dealt with in links above.

@stef132 Before you click to open the wallet in QRL desktop wallet, make sure that you have opened the QRL app on the Ledger device. Also if you are using it for first time (or after Ledger firmware update or after QRL app on Ledger was reinstalled), make sure to first initialize the tree in the QRL app on your Ledger device.
Thanks for version report @stef132 (and to @Robyer for very sensible advice). We'll see if any recent patches or updates are responsible for the QRL Wallet app to be the cause of your issue and re-open this issue if we find anything.
In the mean time, please do work through the suggestions outlined in this thread.

I mean Initialize tree, if you didn't initialize it yet. When it is initialized just keep the app on Ledger open, and in the QRL wallet press Open Ledger Nano, and it should work.
i already initialized tree but it doesn't work...
impossible to open ledger nano. "just a moment reading from ledger device"
