Vocabulary fixes

Not sure if this matters once we go to UI, but I realized that we have the following old terms:

• [x] Agent --> character
• [x] Property --> variable
• [x] model --> project
  • [X] url: http://localhost/app/main?project=demo
  • [x] model selection page url: http://localhost/app/model

@jdanish Since we're reworking a lot of project data models for saving, we can fix some terms as we go.

Should "model --> project"? e.g. url current says ?model=aquatic. Do you want that changed to ?project=aquatic?

Feel free to add other fixes to this issue so it's all in one place.

marked the checklist item model selection page url: http://localhost/app/model as completed

Most of these should be taken care of. Please list any specific remaining items.
