sri jumps in with some quick observations:

• the error manager 'logging error from project-loader' is reporting from getProjectByProjId in as-load-projects, so maybe it is a misnamed or missing project file.
• The DevTools failed to load source map is due to an extension that is in your browser (looking up the number, it's AdBlock)

To check the manifest

• browse to the asset server explorer in the browser (e.g. localhost/assets or /assets)
• find FoodWeb_energy in the list (check case sensitivity)
• click on the project to see the contents
• in the URL (e.g. localhosts/assets/FoodWeb_energy/) append ?manifest
• copy/paste the resulting text into a text editor to look for anything weird

No record of how to produce the bug, nor the errors when it was initially produced before the manifest was wiped out. So, closing this until / if we can reproduce it.
