Hide `block` token for `featCall` methods - [merged] #730

Merges dev-bl/hide-block -> dev-next

hide-block: Hide block token from wiz UI used on featCall methods that add blocks. Otherwise blocks were displayed as validation errors AND could be mistakenly deleted.

Also, empty blocks no longer display as red invalid boxes.
