Add options to change where text is placed in Graphing Feature #757

Right now text is always on the bottom. It'd be nice to have horizontal and vertical options of left, middle, right, and top, middle, bottom respectively.

Once we do that it might make more sense to move it to the Costume Feature or maybe a Decoration feature? But for now I think it'd be enough to just have the flexibility.

I'd put this at the end of our current 2023 Summer Priority List
