Dev jd/log viewer

• Renamed viewer 2 (which includes logs on the right) to be logViewer
• Updated interfaces to have a link to viewer and logViewer
• Removed character controllers 1 and 2 since we no-longer use them
• Added filtering and font size changing to logViewer

Note this builds on and so should be handled after https://github.com/theRAPTLab/gsgo/pull/777

@jdanish Two quick things:

• The link to "Character Controller" on ProjectSelect.jsx still links to the original charcontrol link rather than charcontrol3.
• It would be helpful to know what to test about the LogViewer to see if it's working or not. I assume using wetlands_beavers_building is correct?

Thanks @benloh, fixed character controller. Any of the Wetlands models will work as they all generate IU Logs. If you look at wetlands_beavers_flow, calls to global.IU logString will lead to information appearing in viewer 2 (that already worked). The change is that now you'll be able to a) change the font size using the controls in logViewer (top right) and b) filter the findings temporarily by typing into the filter box.
