[Feature] SVG logo #76

The logo is provided in a proprietary and source format, an SVG export will help.

I have a tool called KiBot that can generate docs for a KiCad project on CI/CD. A user asked for KiCanvas support and I would like to use an icon to represent it. I need an SVG so I can scale it on-the-fly without problems.

The full logo uses some features not available with SVG, but here's a simplified svg version you can use for now. :)
