Add main.py and csv file for NATO Project

Fix to Issue #192

This Python script allows you to convert a word into its corresponding NATO Phonetic Alphabet representation. The NATO Phonetic Alphabet is used to spell out words or phrases clearly in radio and telephone communications, where the pronunciation of letters can be easily misunderstood.
