Update readme `automatic launch` instructions for Sonoma #22

Hi, I noticed that the README instructions for launching at login were slightly out of date as the Login Items preferences have been moved to General from Users & Groups

also changed the markdown list syntax to dynamically assign numbers instead of hardcoding.

Let me know if you dislike the updated wording!
