[FRONTEND] Connect with all family members directly

Our goal is that : If a user presents a list of phone numbers of his family, the app will automatically forward (send an SMS) any given message (set by the user), to his/her family members at once.

You need to learn the Twilio API (or any other API of your choice; open source is preferred) for this.

After the recent decision of creating user specific services, the updated issue is:

• Add an SMS page which only logged in users can access. The page will be visible for normal users too, but on clicking it, a message will appear that he/she needs to be logged in to access the feature.
• If he/she is a new user, the page prompts him to insert his family member's numbers, as many as he/she wants. If already added before, then show the list of numbers he/she has added.
• The user can now write any text message he wants, in a given space. This message will be forwarded to all those numbers, once he clicks on the Send button.

The frontend part of this is done. The backend part can only be done, after the login system is implemented. Hence, I have opened a separate issue for it.
