It seems that you have your code in a compiled code file. You can try to write your own source code using an adapted library. To find the library, try to googling something like that:equivalent to sim.toolkit for yourprogramminglanguage.

I didnt found online theres no shuch code online i got it from someone else long time ago unfortunately the person died on a car accident before the code stopped working

The little problem with those kinds of bytecode is that it always stop working when the provider take new security measures. Maybe you can create your own code using an adapted library to send SIM Toolkit commands. It might adapt to the new security norms used by the providers.

How to know about the new security parameters? Where to get them? I did fix it the first time it stopped working, i just changed the smsc to another company one and it worked again but after some numbering call update it stopped working again, the other company changed from national to international call

Ok thank you, i will look that one, by the way i did read youre looking to make a tool for ss7 i have some imsi catcher source code (its not the one from open bts) i got it from some govt agency, it have some iso image i guess the iso is the bts parameters idk maybe that could help?

Do you know where to get those parameters?, a couple years ago i got access to some telco intranet and got lots of stuff, i had accesd to hlr, vlr there was some configuration parameters screenshot somewhere ill search for that. Or maybe y can share the whole folder with data and stuff, i got it saved somewere i have to find it and put it somewhere

To create a SIMJacker python program, you can try the pysimcard librairy. To get the target IMSI number, it is possible to use an SS7 attack. I have found an IMSI catcher here. SendIMSI.jar.zip To run it, download java here if you don't have it and type the following command in your terminal:

Note that it will need 2 hard-to-get parameters (target IP address and your Global Title) to setup the IMSI catcher. But this is the value of the parameters that never change:

Let me explain how the simjacker works the simcard internalli have something called toolkit application its like an internal browrer that execute commands from the sim carrier via OTA(over the air) you can send the simjacker command from the smsc carrier and it resend the sms to the victim and the victim phone send the info asked back as sms to the phone number you desire

This way you only need the target phone number and the number to receive the sms wit the target info
