Fixes #27

Added basic but missing CollectionView example tests
Added new scrolling options
Added ShowTime so people can see what the tests are doing/where it's tapping and dragging
Added new visibleIn state, so people can choose which Element it must be visible in (rather than defaulting to the parent element)

Before merging this PR I'll add a changelog and add what's new there.

As well as a contributing file I should make sure the README is up-to-date with this PR
