Add substitute builds for strategies #139

Each raider slot can now have substitute builds which can be swapped as desired and saved with a strategy.

With the current implementation, substitute builds only make sense move order does not need to change.

Substitute builds have been added to some of the previous event strats.

@Ericzklm any thoughts about how this should work? As it is, I'm a little worried that the "Add Substitute" button might be confusing, since nothing happens visually other than the appearance of the "Load Substitute" button.

The way that substitute moves are remembered might also trip people up.
