Added PPT-developed strats for Eevee

Wigglytuff & Iron Thorns by YETI are tentative.

I enjoyed Wigglytuff too much to leave it out. It can definitely be added (once Stockpile works)! I don't think I was around for Iron Thorns, though, so I'm not sure if it needs anything else to be implemented.
