Indigo Disk species + moves updates #165

Add new/returning species and new moves.

There are a few new/returning moves that will need to be implemented, and probably some abilities as well.

Since it will be a fair amount of work to take care of the new mechanics (Stellar tera type, Terapagos Abilities, new move interactions with Electro Shot and Burning Bulwark, etc) I'll save all that for a separate PR.
