Updated Ability Persistence Rules

Updated ability flags. Not everything is clear so I made some guesses as follows:

• Skill Swap
  • Uses FailSkillSwap, checking both the user and the target
• Gastro Acid
  • Uses CantSuppress, checking the target ability
• Entrainment
  • Uses NoEntrainment, checking the user ability
• Worry Seed
  • Uses FailSkillSwap, checking the target ability
• Role Play
  • Uses FailRolePlay, checking the target ability
• Simple Beam
  • Uses CantSuppress, checking the target ability
• Doodle
  • Uses NoReceiver, checking the target and users abilities
• Trace
  • Uses NoTrace, checking the target ability
• Receiver / Power of Alchemy
  • Uses NoReceiver, checking the target ability
• Neutralizing Gas
  • Overrides everything but itself
• Using CantSuppress to gate abilities that cannot be changed

Looks good! Thanks for adding these flags.

The weird abilities for Worry Seed are Commander, Gulp Missile, and Truant, right? Truant has some weirdness when targeted by Entrainment, too. I'm not opposed to having these hard-coded in RaidMove.

There are a couple of other specific situations that are weird where CantSuppress and FailSkillSwap aren't the same:

• It seems like Protosynthesis and Quark Drive might need some tweaking if Bulbapedia is up to date. They don't have CantSuppress, but apparently Gastro Acid fails against them. They're definitely still affected by nullification by a raid boss, though. Bulbapedia is wrong
• I don't think CantSuppress should be checked when Skill Swap is used, but that's only relevant for Gulp Missile, so this is a very minor issue. fixed
