Randomizer could fully randomize weapon spawns #1

Instead of just shuffling the existing weapons amongst themselves, the randomizer could actually pick an entirely new weapon for each weapon spawnpoint before shuffling them.

This would be a new configuration option.

Theoretically this should maybe also adjust the ammo available in the level to match the possible weapons?
