Case-sensitive to non-Latin letters #6

Quicksilver won't find the items which have an upper case non-Latin letters 
(i.e. Cyrillic) if you type 
in lower case.

(1) Given: "Проверочный файл.txt".
(2) User input: "прове".
Won't work.

"Прове" doesn't work as well. But "рове" is okay.

This is a left-over from ß5x series. I'm planning to fix this as soon as 
possible.

Could you test the ß56 build at http://code.google.com/p/blacktree-
alchemy/downloads/list and tell me if this happens there too ?

Note to myself: search for the toupper call in trunk, IIRC this was where the 
problem 
happens.
