[Feature Request] House Lights

There have been many requests from the community to add house lights. I'd like to see how many people wish to have this added and also how they want it implemented.

If you want House lights added please react with a thumbs up to this issue.

I'd also like your opinions on:

How should they look? (Are they a full solid block? Are they a model?)
How do they work? (Are they similar to generics where they emit light where they are looking or does the block / light themselves emit the light where the block is placed?)

As well as any other feedback you may have

I think similar to generic fixtures but without the beam. The ability to mount them to blocks instead of on the IWB could also be good for them

A solid block may be more fitting tho

I stick with "idkwhyievenhavegithub"s opinion (oh boy what a name) We need some sort of light without the beam that only illuminates a specific spot!

Neat! Could also work as an Atomic...but I'm not sure how strobes would even work in MC :p

Health warning would be required too...needs careful thought.
