Git-flow structure #35

I notice there's a develop branch but it seems like it's not as much used as the master branch. Is there a rule or pattern we need to follow? What branch should I work on in my fork and what branch should I create Pull Requests against?

I just updated the develop branch -- let's use that one going forward. (Development was just slow before, so I skipped the overhead.)
