Minor improvements to German l10n #40

Just a few grammar adjustments to the German localization.

As Another German native speaker I can confirm that the PR is perfectly fine :) Maybe @nathanlesage likes to comment as well? :)

Before doing this, it would be great if @thebarbican19 could chime in how localizations should be done — via CrowdIn or via here? Because I already translated everything that was missing in the German localization over on CrowdIn, and in favor of not doing double work I would like to have a decision by the maintainer here!

I hope that's okay for everyone!

@lukepistrol I cannot speak to the accuracy of what you have done here like @nathanlesage & @kannicht can, but I would much prefer all localization to be done via Crowdin as that is what is now standard for all translations. With that, I am not merging it, but thank you anyway.
