Environment Options - Colours - Colour Picker Position incorrect #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select: Environment Options > Colours Tab
2. Click on a Colour Picker

What is the expected output?
The Colour Picker should load inside the editor

What do you see instead?
The Colour Picker loads at the top left position of the desktop

on version 0.98.66, this is still not fixed...
