Versioning issue #2

On #thebeansgroup/studentbeans_offers

How to reproduce:

When trying to release thebeansgroup/studentbeans_offers@71400df4d6672d4f9e4bfb802a0f51d9c7fa534e into thebeansgroup/studentbeans_offers@7491360c1ccfb3db9cfd97a303d8662afb37cf9b I am getting some odd behaviour.

Problems:

~~Only the version in package.json is updated~~
A release branch is created however no pull request is submitted

Right I realised something else thats off in the regular expression when updating the version in ruby. Please see #3 for more information.
