Start here hover property on banner #1

Hi @thebencourt ! I was working on the pagure issue for ask fedora theme. I came across your work for the discussions discourse website and was viewing the theme. I found out that when we hover on 'Start Here' on the banner, it vanishes. Is it intentional? Maybe we could increase the opacity or change the text colour to black on hover, as it is more intuitive. What do you think?

Hi @Yavnikaa, it definitely wasn't intentional :) We probably just want to darken the button background and leave the button colour as is. Feel free to submit a PR if you're working on it otherwise I'll take a look when I get a chance
